Summit was absolutely amazing! I have a 600sq foot crawl space. They encapsulated it. The work was done the very next morning. The Tech- was very Knowledgeable and fluent in other jobs that I can have done in the future. The work finished looks amazing! I had R-14 foam board on the walls and 12 mil vapor barrier over the foam board all the way up the wall. Closed spray foam around the rim joist. My house has no sub-flooring, the project worked perfectly! because the next night it was 26 degrees and I barley felt the cold on my hard wood floors. I promise that. I work 56 hours a week and I'm a full time student- meaning when I thought about the project I didn't have a lot to spend on it. The price was perfect, how I know is I talked to a couple of contractors that do the same work and I couldn't afford it. I also spoke to a professional insulation person and he said it was very much so worth the price I paid. I feel safe with this companies work and prices and I can count on this company to do many more jobs in the near future for me! Seriously!!! I don't know what I would have done! It went very well. Tim Jordan first trapped and relocated the squirrels then repaired the access points to the attic to prevent them from setting up housekeeping again. The process took about a week as squirrels are crafty little creatures and he had to trap several of them (they are smart enough to evade traps). The repairs to the access points was excellent. It blends in perfectly and you can't tell that there was work done.

When we purchased our house we didn't realize we had a horrible issue with standing water in our backyard. We've used Summit in the past for other issues and decided to call them again! They came out designed a french drain system to help solve the water issue. They came out and dug a 16"wide x 24"deep x 140' long trench and filled it with 13 tons of gravel. They completed that portion in one day and came out the next day to grade our backyard with the dirt they dug for the trench. Since installation we've had numerous rains that would have left our backyard puddled for days yet we've had no issues!!! We are so happy with the work they did and highly recommend them!!
