Chris is very knowledgeable of his work. He addressed all my questions and concerns, and assured me that he can take care of my rodent problem. He has been to my home twice now, and on both counts he was prompt which is important to me cause I have a tight schedule so it helps when the person is on time. He is also courteous, he conducts himself in a professional manner, and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
