Solutions provided:
Remove all batted fiberglass and fecal matter from both attic spaces. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install new baffles at soffit lines and around entry points. Insulate entry points with foam board insulation and install weather stripping. Air seal any crack, gap, and conduit line leading from the conditioned space to the attic space with spray foam insulation. Install can light covers over recess lights. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
