Solutions provided:
Summit will dig on both sides of walkway approximately 14 to 16 inches and pour concrete and backfill dirt that fox have dug out under concrete slab, barrier wall stainless screening will be installed and flanged off to prevent borrowing in the future, backfill and level dirt after completion of barrier wall and then lay grass seed and straw.
