Remove all old batted and blown in insulation from attic. Clean up all rodent feces and debris. Sanitize with sterifab and fog attic. Air seal all cracks and hole with closed cell spray foam. Apply 13 inches of new blown in cellulose insulation, giving the customer an R-value of 49.
