The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Screen soffit vents to prevent squirrel entry up to 30’lf. Remove soffits and screen behind to prevent squirrel entry. Reinstall current soffits.
While we will always use extreme care, due to age/condition etc, some soffits may be damaged or unable to reuse. In that event there will be an additional charge to replace.
