Why did the customer contact us?
Customer has squirrels in attic. Rotten wood was discovered over garage area near backside valley of roof.
Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal(Squirrel). Summit will install one roof vent guard (RVG) over attic fan to prevent further entry of animals. Replace section of damaged wood and paint white to match as best as possible. One roof boot will be installed over one sewage pipe to help prevent further leaks.
