Customer had squirrel in the attic.
Solutions provided:
Inside the attic. Install new stainless steel screen on the right corner of the attic to help prevent further crossover from the neighbors home.
Attic Insulation. Remove all of the batted/blown in insulation, mouse/squirrel feces, and dead squirrels from the attic space. Use Sterifab to disinfect the entire attic space. Air seal gaps and conduit lines for energy efficiency. Seal possible entry points for mice from the attic space. Install new baffles at the soffit lines and around the entry point. Install insulation foam board on the entry door and install weather stripping at the entry point. Blow in new cellulose insulation to reach levels of 14 inches (R49).
