Solutions provided:
Remove old batted and blown fiberglass insulation and animal nesting, feces. Sterifab entire attic space’s to disinfect. Air seal gaps and conduit lines with spray foam insulation. Check the wires for any damage. If major damage is found during installation client will be notified.
Fire proof around recess lights.
Add baffeling
Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
Screen three exterior Gables as well 32 foot ladder
Three year labor warranty on screening of Gables if wild animals are able to break screening Summit will come back at no additional charge and fix or repair
