Customer had animals in the attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove all old blown in insulation and debris from attic. Air seal all cracks with closed cell spray foam. Remove all feces from attic and sanitize heavily. Install new baffles around attic entrance and along soffit line. Apply 13 inches of blown in cellulose insulation giving the customer an R-Value of 49. 2 year workmanship warrantyInstall new stainless steel RVG ( attic fan cover) on roof of home to help prevent wildlife from entering attic.
Remove gutters from front and rear of home, wrap fascia and d and soffit caps in sheet metal and reinstall gutters.
Install custom sheet metal in close hole in rear soffit.
Plywood Replacement
Replaced 3 sheets of 3/4 inch plywood due to rot.
