Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a raccoon in the attic.
Solutions provided:
Install heavy gauge stainless steel screen roof vent guard over attic fan. Remove insulation and sanitize area where the raccoon has been latrining. Add a new insulation in that spot, up to 10 ft.²
Remove attic fan and install customer supplied solar attic fan in its place. Wiring is present and functional, and not need it for this fan.
