Customer had squirrels in the attic
Solutions provided:
Install white sheet metal on indicated soffit areas. Two on the front and one on the rear of the home.
Install white sheet metal (box out) on two eaves on the backside of the home to prevent entry of squirrels into the attic space.
Install one RVG (roof vent guard) over the attic fan to prevent entry of animals into the attic space.
Install critter guard along the gutter lines to protect the sub roofing gap. The leaf guard will be temporarily removed and reinstalled after work is complete.
Spot clean/disinfect the main accessible attic space and replace three pieces of R19 batted on the knee walls.
