The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove sections of rake board as indicated by technician. Install new pressure treated rake boards and wrap each corner( 3 )with stainless steel. Paint to as close as possible. Reinstall back left soffit that is hanging.
Remove old leaf solutions from home. Clean out gutters and down spouts, level out gutters correctly. Install new leaf solutions.
