The customer had birds nesting in vents
Solutions provided:
Remove as much debris as possible from dryer vent and bath fan vent. Large vent has no issues. Due to the amount of debris in bath fan vent, there is a possibility that flex may need to be removed at an additional cost. This would involve cutting open ceiling to access entire vent. Heavily sterilize vents after removal of debris. Install 3 dark brown or black bird guards as indicated by technician. Install will require hammer drill and cement anchors to properly secure bird guards to property.
