Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had flying squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove all blown in and batted insulation from attic. Sterilize all areas that show signs of wildlife activity. Air seal all cracks with closed cell spray foam. Install new baffles around A/C, both attic entrances and rafters. Add 13 inches of blown in cellulose insulation, giving the customer an R value of 49.
Remove old exclusion work and add new white box out around front window over garage. Also add white strip of sheet metal along gap on same window.
Reinforce hole in vinyl soffit with white sheet metal on back side of home
