Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had rodents in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install white pest block metal under the siding and corner channels to prevent entry of mice into the attic space. Caulk any conduit lines with clear caulk. Include seal under the bump out windows to prevent entry of mice.
Install screen in the weep holes. Install white sheet metal on bottom gaps on corners of the garage door.
Install cream colored metal on two eaves on the right side of the home to prevent entry of animals into the attic space.
There is no one hundred percent seal out for mice. Only with a continuous rodent program can summit control the population of the mice.
