Solutions provided:
Remove all old blown in insulation from attic. Sterilize heavily due to wildlife activity, especially in corners of attic. Air seal all cracks with closed cell spray foam. Add new baffles around rafters and attic entrance. Add 13 inches of blown in cellulose insulation giving the customer an R-value of 49.
