Solutions provided:
Inside the attic space, spot clean the bat guano and sterifab the entire attic space to disinfect. Install a sheet metal along left side fire wall between the two homes to prevent crossover.
On the exterior of the home, replace the screen on the louvre vent with a stainless steel screen and seal any gaps around the louvre vent area. Seal along the front and rear trim board to prevent entry of bats.
