Insulation
In attic above living space (Approx 1530sqft)
Remove existing insulation (combination of batt and blown in.)
Sanitize area
Air seal accessible top plates, gaps and ceiling penetrations 1″ or less with sprayfoam
Install new cellulose blown in insulation at recommended r-49 level
In attic above garage (no insulation to remove)
