Customer had squirrels in their home.
Solutions provided:
Seal out for squirrels, rodents, birds, bats, and raccoons. Using heavy gauge stainless steel screen and metal in a matching color, seal out entry points. Two louver vents to be covered with screen and Three areas; front left soffit, rear right soffit and gap at rake board trim on left side of home. Also remove old bird nests (2) and squirrel droppings and sanitize those three areas, adding loose insulation to replace what is vacuumed up afterwards. (About ten square feet of insulation, total)
Replace eight feet of rake board and trim, where rotting has occurred. Trim is to the right side of front entry.
