The customer had squirrels in the attic.
Solutions provided:
Reinstall the existing soffit back in place as best as possible. Install cream colored sheet metal over indicated soffit corner to prevent entry of squirrels into the attic space. Install same colored sheet metal on one eave on backside of home indicated by the technician. Remove section of soiled insulation in the attic on the rear right corner. Use Sterifab to disinfect that area and the rest of the attic space. Install additional fiberglass insulation where insulation was removed.
