The customer had raccoons in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Five eaves/corners of the rake board/small shed roofs will need extensive repairs. Sections of the solid soffit line indicated by the technician will be replaced and painted white, sections of the fascia board on those corners indicated by the technician will be replaced and wrapped with white sheet metal. Each small shed roof at the corners will have white sheet metal installed and eaves will have metal installed to prevent the entry/damage from the squirrels. Indicated sections of the rake board will be replaced and returns wrapped with white metal. Install critter guard along the sub roofing gap on the gutter lines. Will prevent water from damaging the rest of the fascia board and animals from entering the attic space.
Install stainless steel screen on two louvre vents on each side of the home to prevent of birds and other animals into the attic.
