Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install critter along all gutter lines to prevent access of animals into the attic space.
Remove damaged 1×6 fascia board on front right corner of the home and replace with new. Wrap with cream colored metal with color to match existing as best as possible.
Cap off the ends of the ridge vents with stainless steel screen to prevent entry.
Three section of the roof are leaking and will be repaired. Removal of damage shingles and plywood. Install new plywood, ice/water shield, and shingles to match existing as best as possible. One roof boot for sewage exhaust pipe will be installed to prevent further leaking.
