Solutions provided:
Remove all dead mice, dead snakes, mouse fecal matter, and batted fiberglass insulation. Sterifab entire attic space to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install baffles at the soffit lines, around the hvac, walkways, and around the entry point. Insulate the entry door. Blow in new cellulose insulation to 14 inches (R49).
In upper attic space
Remove the accessible mouse droppings and bird nesting. Sterifab the entire attic space to disinfect. Install baffles at the soffit lines and around the entry point. Blow in new cellulose insulation to 14 inches (R49)
