Dig 2’ down, create footer, pour concrete into footer, attach quarter inch stainless steel to concrete and footer, attach to bottom of deck, attach two one-way doors to wildlife barrier in active area’s, backfill.
Give allowed time, come back, remove one way doors and sanitize under deck area.
