Why did the customer contact us?

The customer had bats in their attic.

Solutions provided:

Reinforce critter guard to be installed with white screws behind gutter line in at corners of hip roof on home front, back, right side. Seal underneath water tables or front and rear of home total of nine, gaps at bottom of rake board are large enough for flying squirrels, mice, and pest to enter.

Box eight dormer pockets using white metal or front and rear of home we are raccoons have entered inside of attic. Conduct three rodent treatments prior to removal of insulation from inside of very tight catwalk attic which currently has batted insulation with raccoon droppings, flying squirrel latrines, and mice droppings throughout. Treatments to be conducted every couple of weeks and then summit will come in and remove insulation to include droppings and fecal matter, deodorize attic to kill any smell of urine or fecal matter. Disinfect attic to kill any bacteria, parasites, potential hantavirus, or fleas. Conduct complete inspection of flex duck throughout attic for HVAC lines and seam tape any holes that may have been created by wildlife or rodents. Install r38 insulation to current standard. Install white bird garden left-hand side of home exhaust vent at bird droppings that are under vent on siding
