The customer had birds nesting in their vents.
Solutions provided:
Install stone beige metal on ten eaves of home indicated by the technician. Located on left side over the garage, front of garage, and front of home. One eave over the garage will have the accessible nesting removed and the area disinfected with Sterifab.
Install two dryer vent bird guards on two dryer vents to prevent entry of birds.
Install either stainless steel screen or bird guards on two other vents on right side of the home.
Install bird proof black sponge behind the shutters left of the garage. Secure with clear caulk.
