The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Removal of insulation from within attic located in sons bedroom to include bat and squirrel droppings, disinfect area to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. Deodorize attic for smell of urine, install baffles between Joist at soffit area inside attic and then blow in our 38 cellulose insulation to current standard.
Install ridge vent guard on left and right side of ridge vent located on front center of home behind chimney to prevent entering as the rear of the current ridge vent is pulled away from house.
Screen for exterior gable vents around home to prevent squirrels from re-entering.
