Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had groundhogs in their yard.
Solutions provided:
Install 6 lineal feet of animal barrier wall around the rear stoop of the home.
An animal barrier consist of a trench dug down up to 24” deep around the perimeter of the front stoop. 1/2” stainless steel screen will then be attached to the bottom of the concrete slab of the front stoop and extended to the bottom of the trench. At the bottom the screen is bent outward 8”-10” and covered with concrete. The trench is then backfilled to existing grade.
A one way exit will be installed for a period of up to two weeks to allow any animals trapped under the porch at the time of construction to escape without allowing re-entry.
