The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal (squirrel) for up to five business days. Install brown sheet metal on two eaves on front and rear of home. Cap off the ends of both ridge vents to prevent entry of animals into the attic space. Install stainless steel screen on three louvre vents. Inside the attic space, remove the bat guano, replace the mesh screen, and sterifab to disinfect.
Replace on corner/return of the rake board on the front of the home and wrap with brown metal.
