The customer had raccoons in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install a roof vent guard over one attic fan to prevent entry of animals into the attic space.
Install white sheet metal on six eaves to prevent entry of animals into the attic space.
Use Sterifab in the attic space to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Use a deodorizing spray to help with the smell. Remove nesting site and install new R30 batted fiberglass insulation.
