The customer had a dead animal in their chimney.
Solutions provided:
Job will require two people with a 40 foot ladder to access top of chimney on left side of home, deodorize pipe flue of chimney and remove flies from inside fireplace to include cleaning any bugs inside of fireplace and chimney at top of home after inspection. Once upon access from the top of the chimney if dead bird or wildlife is found remove and clean accessible area. Install a second cap on the rear of home left side at chimney. Install RVG over attic fan on the roof, roof is a very steep 12 pitch roof.
