The customer had birds in their vent.
Solutions provided:
Remove all nesting materials from exterior and inside attic. Disinfect the area. Install heavy gauge stainless steel screen on inside of attic louver vent. Since the screen must be installed on the interior we cannot be certain of that stopping all bird activity.
