The customer had raccoons in their chimney.
Solutions provided:
Install stainless steel screen on to chimney flues to prevent further entry of raccoons into the chimney.
Removed warped part of solid soffit and replace with new 1×12 wood and paint white to match existing as best as possible.
Install stainless steel screen on three louvre vents to prevent entry of animals into the attic space.
Secure on section of drip edge on left side of home where a gap was seen in the attic space.
Secure gutter on gutter on backside of home indicated by technician.
