The customer had birds in their vents.
Solutions provided:
Remove all nesting materials and bird waste accessible from the exterior outlet of the 5 vents located in the first floor frame on rear wall of the home (10 ft. above grade) disinfect the vent lines with sterifab to treat for bird mites, lice’s, viruses and odor causing bacteria. install 3 bird guard vent cages over the three smaller vents. Install stainless steel screen on the 2 larger vents. this will prevent the future entry of animals into the vent lines.
