Solutions provided:
Remove the soffit and the nesting material inside. Disinfect the area with spray disinfectant. Replace the soffit and firmly attached with screws to prevent future bird entry. Two Location. Reattach shutter, tenants have this. It continually has fallen off with metal screws and glue in the past.
