The customer wanted seal-out to prevent rodents from getting into their home.
Solutions provided:
Install two stainless steel mesh screens at attic window vents. Install caulking around three vent covers for crawlspace behind garage. Seal out conduit from outdoor TV unit to interior laundry room, seal out outdoor water spigot at wall (right rear of home), Caulk cracks between new porch and house wall in rear. Caulk holes in brick which used to support deck (removed).
