The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install RVG over attic fan on rear roof, screen around three 110 exhaust vents located on rear roof. Screen left and right gable vents on sides of home to prevent entry into attic by rodents. Install almond color critter guard behind gutter line on upper and lower roofs to include front and rear of home to prevent entry by squirrels into attic. Treat attics for rodents using rodenticide prior to clean up and removal of insulation and droppings. Remove attic insulation to include squirrel and mice droppings throughout, disinfect attic to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. Install 400 square-foot Barrett or 3824 on center in front attic and blow in our 38 cellulose in rear attic. Repair drywall at top of stairs at ceiling to include mud and sand and prep for paint only.
