Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had birds nesting in one of their vents.
Solutions provided:
Remove all accessible nesting materials and bird waste from the 10 vents in the soffit (see photo) on the front of the 2 story townhome. Disinfect the area with Sterifab to treat for bird mites, lice, bacteria, and viruses. Screen all 10 vents with 1/4″ stainless steel screen to prevent the future entry of animals into the soffit.
