The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Removal of old roof to include cleanup of debris and complete check of all plywood sub roofing. New roof will include reinforce critter guard, new 15 pound felt paper, new roof boots, new flashing, a new 25 year three tab asphalt shingle color to be gray. Removal of soil insulation from attic to include dropping some squirrels, blow in our 38 cellulose insulation to current standard.
