Solutions provided:
Clean out nesting materials and debris from birds. Disinfect the entire gutter. Install stainless steel heavy gauge screen attached to ceiling and gutter to prevent bird entry in the future. This would be one day of work, and we use stainless steel so there is no rust staining the gutter surface or the roofing surface
