Solutions provided:
Remove all accessible nesting materials and bird waste from the dryer vent and the bathroom exhaust vent located on the side of the home. Disinfect both vent lines with Sterifab to treat for bird mites, lice, and bacteria. Install a bird guard over the outlet of the bathroom vent to prevent future animal entry. Install a Hy Guard, dryer vent approved cage, over the outlet of the dryer vent.
