Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had a fox or groundhog in their yard.
Solutions provided:
Install an Animal barrier Wall at the top of the walk up basement stairs on the rear of the home. Barrier wall consist of a trench dug up to 24″ deep. We will then attach stainless steel screen to the concrete stoop and extend it down to the bottom of the trench and bend it outward 6″-8″ along the bottom of the trench. We will then pour concrete along the bottom of the trench and back fill the trench. Install a one way exit in the barrier wall at primary entry point and leave it in place for a period of up to two weeks. We will then come back and remove the one way and close the hole in the barrier wall.
