Solutions provided:
Remove all accessible nesting materials from the two vents in the second floor frame on the rear wall of the home and disinfect with Sterifab to treat for bird mites, lice, and bacteria. Install double damper vent hoods on the same vents. Remove about 4 lineal feet of wood vented soffit on rear of home. Remove all accessible nesting materials from the soffit and attic space and disinfect with Sterifab to treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Replace wood soffit with new materials if necessary. Replace rotten wood on the fascia return on the same corner as the nesting.
