The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install RVG over attic fan on upper roof and also lower roof to prevent rodents and raccoon from entering back into the attic. Box off over front door or left side of home at soffit and roofline which has been previously repaired by homeowners roofer, white metal to be used and reinforced to prevent raccoons from re-entering. Box off upper soffit pocket at roofline point above first soffit pocket using white metal to seal gap and prevent entry. Removal of bad at soiled insulation to include squirrel droppings, mice droppings, and raccoon droppings. Disinfect attic to kill any anti-virus, bacteria, fleas, or parasites. Deodorize attic for the smell of urine and install r38 Batted insulation back into attic.
