The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove all insulation and fecal matter from attic. Treat entire attic with Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Air seal any crack, gap, and conduit line with spray foam for better energy efficiency. Install new baffles at soffit lines and around entry point. Insulate attic entry point door with foam board insulation and install weather stripping around entry opening. Install cellulose insulation to a depth of 14” to achieve an R-value of R49 (current code).
