The customer had birds nesting in vents in their home.
Solutions provided:
Remove all accessible bird nesting materials from behind the two windows with shutters on the front second floor level of the home, as indicated by technician. Disinfect the areas behind the same shutters with Sterifab to treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install black gutter filter foam into the gap, between the exterior wall and the two shutters, on the front of the home in the second floor level, using a clear silicone adhesive. Foam will be installed across the top of each shutter and down each side. The foam will have to be custom scribed and cut to fit flush to the stone at each shutter.
