The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal (squirrel) for up to five business days. Install one roof vent guard over the attic fan to prevent entry of animals. Install stainless steel screen on four louvre vents to prevent entry. Remove gutter on right side work home to replace fascia board and wrap with new metal color to match as best as possible. Remove gutter left of the front entry door and replace section of fascia board. Wrap with new metal color to match as best as possible. Re install existing gutters after finished. On backside of home, install metal color to match as best as possible on two eaves to prevent entry of squirrels into attic space.
