Solutions provided:
Remove old 12 ft. awning from home and seal mounting holes in brick with clear silicon caulk. Remove all bird nesting debris from awning and kitchen stoop area and disinfect the awning and the stoop with Sterifab to treat for lice, mites, and bacteria. Install stainless steel screen on the vent on the exterior wall of home adjacent to where the awning is located.
