The customer had birds nesting in their venting.
Solutions provided:
Remove two damaged sections of rake board of porch area indicated by technician on front side of home. Install new 1×6 white composite and new white metal to match existing as best as possible. Caulk to seal. Install new white metal on two sections of corner channels on backside of home over back deck area. Install one bird guard over back bathroom fan and one double damper for the dryer exhaust vent to prevent entry of birds.
